Epoxy & polyaspartic coatings built for Florida heat — hot-tire resistant, chemical-proof, and stunning from day one.
Get Your Free EstimateYour garage floor takes a beating every day — oil drips, hot tire marks, heavy foot traffic, and Florida's relentless humidity. A bare concrete floor stains, dusts, and deteriorates fast. Infinity Custom Flooring installs industrial-grade epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coatings that transform ugly concrete into a showroom-quality surface that's easy to clean and built to last 15–20+ years.
We serve homeowners and commercial clients throughout Southwest Florida including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and surrounding communities. Every garage floor project starts with a free on-site estimate and thorough diamond-grinding surface prep — the most critical step most contractors skip.
Every ICF garage floor installation follows a proven 4-step process: free consultation, diamond-grind surface preparation, multi-coat professional application, and final walkthrough. We never use acid wash as a substitute for mechanical prep — it's the difference between a coating that lasts 2 years and one that lasts 20.

Most residential garages take 1–2 days. Day 1 is surface preparation (diamond grinding) and primer coat. Day 2 is the broadcast layer and topcoat. Polyaspartic systems can often be driven on the next day.
For Florida garages, we recommend a hybrid system: an epoxy base coat for adhesion and thickness, topped with a polyaspartic topcoat for UV resistance, fast cure, and durability. Polyaspartic alone cures in hours and handles Florida heat better than epoxy-only systems.
Cost varies by garage size, condition, and finish type. We provide detailed written quotes after a free on-site inspection. Call (239) 789-8887 or fill out our contact form to schedule your no-obligation estimate.
Yes, but the existing coating must be mechanically removed first via diamond grinding. We include all prep work in our quotes and test your concrete during the free estimate to determine the right approach.
